Just wanted to let everyone know (especially those using the list in SC for marketing) -

I contacted this company back in August about working with them - was advised via return mail that they are in the process of being acquired by Cogent Closing Associates.

So be aware if you get calls or decide to market to them - a search here will show Cogent Closings have a very low rating...

Actually, that's not true. Not all companies are visable to

all members--I believe it has something to do with the states the company does business. Personally, I link every one I can myself, but some simply aren't available to me. And, the database is only as good as the input--it doesn't serve me any more than it does you or the other members.
