Preferred Notary Network ... any info?...

I just received a call from the 'Preferred Notary Network' calling from #949-459-3336 & can not find any information on them, either here, Signing Central, or on Google. Has anyone any information about, or worked for, this company? Thanks. (They had a 1st American refi with fax backs that they are trying to find a notary for.)

Hey Ed,

Then that usually an indication that they are either a new SS or an old SS doing business under a new name, which we all know what that means. Good Luck!

I just got one for them today too... taking the chance, but one at a time until I get payment. :-/ Same thing, First American Refi w/faxbacks. They met my fee with a little bit of argument.

Their contract states the following "Complaints shall not be communicated orally or electronically. Notary Agrees Not to report any disputes with the Preferred Notary Network to any outside organization, blog, forum, online chat or agency until at least 30 days after submitting a "Written Complaint" to Preferred Notary Network, LLC".

I've never seen this in any other contract.
