Remote Docs
I have searched for help on printing with Remote Docs/R Viewer. I can't seem to find a solution for my problem. I have installed the R Viewer. When I go to print the docs, my system acts like it's going to print, I open up my print viewer and it deletes it automatically. Any ideas? It is an RDZ package, not pdf.

Can you save it to your desktop first? Might work.

One of the absolute worst software packages ever invented for document delivery.

I agree. It's a total PIA. I always end up wasting a lot
of paper!

I don't have to use it often, but about always end up having to call the hotline, because it's so long since I have used it. They apologize for the issues. But I agree, it is the worst. Just call the hotline, you do need to download their version, then go from there. I know I have to hit ok, about 10 times, before it will finally "take off" and finally get down to printing. It is a major PIA.

When you go to print, a window should come up that says "print to image". Click on that and it should print for you. If you have dual paper trays, it will take about 45 secs to 1 minute to print one sheet but if you have a single tray then it will print a lot faster.
