Has anyone done any work for Superior Closings Inc out of Tampa FL? Vikki Gutierrez was the contact person I spoke with. I wasn't able to find any info on them checking google and they aren't listed on signing central. Any info would be great - thank you!

I looked up Superior Notary Svs at FL div of corps, but no active corps with that name.
One inactive (funny, was in my town) from 2006.

I ended up taking a closing for tomorrow ... so I guess I'll have to post the good or bad after the fact. Hoping all goes well. I haven't heard of them ... and can't find any info about them.

Linda, that's excellent research So, this would mean it's a VERY new company. That would explain why I can't find anything on them. Vikki seemed very nice to deal with on the phone, they agreed to my fee and sent me all the docs immediately. It's TD Bank North deal ... so I'm feeling pretty confident it'll be fine. I'll do a follow-up post after. Thanks for the info!

make sure you research well - the name Vikki Gutierrez is very very familiar to me - I know I've never worked for her but I've heard that name before, but for the life of me I can't remember why .. it may have been posted here or on the other site.
