Can you imagine all the deadbeats w/ f ratings, numerous BBB complaints that still somehow manage to sell to unsupecting new owners. What wud make such a comp an attractive 'investment'? The ability to scam some free work from some unsuspecting notaries??????? SMH if I believed that!

they owe me $200 from July

I posted about the worse signing I ever experienced with them. It was just really bad and the one signing took 3 returns and the issue was with the Title compnay screw up. The BO was going to sue both companies. He even had a Lawyer call the Title company. I even came off my vacation to get the final documents signed. I still havent been paid. Numerous emails, phone calls, no one has answered either communication mediums.

Closing group owes me for the 2 signings. the last signing the Title company hired me directly and Im battling to get paid by them as well.

Are you saying that Blake and Trevor no longer own the company? Cuz I looked them up in LexisNexis and it says Blake and Trevor are still with The Closing Group.

It was Blake who called me!! Like I said, I've heard that

line so many times, someone shud patent it & make some $$$! Why wud anyone buy a co w/ an 'F' rating??? I could see if the co were established w/ a gud rep - that's what u pay for!!! i was born @ nite, but it wasn't LAST nite! Sheesh! Give me a break!!
