Unisource Information Services

Signing Central has the information based out of Pittsburg PA with www.unisourceis.com. The website is no longer active. There is another company Unisource Information Services based out of Irvine CA with www.unisourcejv.com. I think they maybe the same company just moved out to Cali. They claim they are not NREIS.

Dont know much about this company other than they used The Closing Group. I do know that Unsiource has severely screwed a BO loan. First by scanning in the documents and somehow forgot the signature portion. Which made me have to go back out and have the BO resign documents, the new documents had different dates and different amounts on the TIL, DOT, NOTE for the redraw which prompted a red flag from me and BO. Which resulted in redraw of docs the 3rd time by Limestone Title.
