All we're missing is the political ad disclaimer

You know the one that says " I'm speedy closings and I approved this message."

Too bad you have such low standards. Speedy is NOT the best. Signing Central shows they are 2 star deadbeats. How much did they pay you, Vivian?

At what are these reportable as advertising?

I mean, really... Speedy, you're not fooling anyone here.

Signing service seeks Notary Toadies

We are a signing service in New Jersey, and are seeking notaries who are attuned to following instructions, including requirements of posting positive information on various signing agent forums. If we accept you in our elite cadre of signing agents -- which, I should warn you, has been getting smaller every year since 2002 -- you can be assured that if we pay anyone, you will be paid first.

It is a distinct advantage in working with our organization if you are able to mentally filter out distractions such as negative feedback and extended payment periods. It is also beneficial if you do real estate closings part-time, and are able to devote considerable time and effort to email and telephone interaction with our accounts payable department.

Our motto: "We Try. In fact, we're the most trying people you will ever deal with."

If interested, respond privately to this message to Frank or Ron. Or just leave a note under the nearest rock.

OK children read the Netiquette and grow up :-)

II. Netiquette

4. Do not personally attack, insult or degrade other users or companies. If you are going to bash a company's reputation, be prepared to provide concrete and substantial proof of your allegation. If you are going to confront another user or dispute a post, do so on a rational and constructive basis with the facts in hand. Debate is always healthy.

Name all caps....II. Netiquette

1. Do not TYPE IN ALL CAPS. THIS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING and has been proven more difficult to read than Mixed Case.

I do believe that is referring to posting in the forum.

Please can we just give all of this bashing a rest.

Thank you

Btw I have no idea why it posts my name in caps.

I don't have it listed like that in my profile. :-)

Yes, no one will take signings from them because of their

poor payment history. It's a reputation they earned, and can't be removed by a bunch of shills.

Re: This appears to be a shill...

There were several posts by shills--probably relatives & friends, liars at best.
There is one guy making a total PIA of himself (he has his profile linked).
