What's the difference being a Preffered Agent

I was just signed up as a preferred agent at the Service Link Seminar in Miami, My question does anyone know if their fee increase for the agent, you get more assignments etc?
How do you know you are the preffered agent? Has anyone been a preferred asgent for Service Link and have more info?

I"m Curious how did you find out about this Seminar? I've never heard of a Preferred Agent with ServiceLink.

I was invited to a Service Link seminar a couple of weeks ago in Boca Raton. Once you're set up with them and have done a couple of signings that are no problem, then you do get more business. You have to set up a mutually agreeable fee schedule.

A preferred agent is one who works for the fee that Servicelink has determined you are worth. A non-preferred agent is one who determines what he/she is worth and determines their own fee.

Beg to differ. I set my own fee schedule for the work that I do. Just like anything else, if your work is in demand you don't have to take what's offered.

Population usually makes the difference. If I were in a populated area, I would work for the fees they offer me. Unfortunately, living in a rural area, most of the time I have to drive any where from 40 miles to 90 miles or more and I have driven as far as 125 miles one way.

For example, last Friday I was asked to drive over 100 miles one way and they offered me $125.00 and I turned it down. This morning they asked me to drive just a few miles and they offered me $125.00 and I took it. Towards the end of the month, when business is good, they will pay my fee without a problem.

But sometimes they turn my fee down and later they call me back and ask if I am still available and my fee has been approved. And in over the 9 years I have worked for Servicelink they have never called me back for a mistake. So it is not just like anything else.
