Help Everyone..I'm in Greenville SC and any help in the process will aprreciated...please do not exclude any information and include comparable..standard fees.

I think SC is an attorney-only state for loan signings. Otherwise, research msg. 33325 for starters. Also, there's been lots of discussion on fees.

Your fees are whatever you can charge as set by

your state for statutory notary fees.

If you're looking into loan signings, (a) fees are not standard as there are too many variables; and (2) SC is an attorney only state - be careful -
