3.875% Fixed.....WOW!

A couple of nights ago, I did a Wells-Fargo closing with a fixed interest rate of 3.875%. Outside of a reverse mortgage I did about 1.5 years ago, this is the lowest I've seen.

There is a good chance there is more from where this is coming. Hopefully there will be more refinances and business for us.

I saw a ten-year fixed at 3.8 the other day. About fell out of my chair!

I did 2 chase loans today 4.125 for 20 years and lender pays all fees. The only closing costs were upfront escrow.
