We are looking for E-Sign capable S.A.'s all over... BUT right now we're in need of someone for the end of this week (9/17/10) in Southern Tennessee. I don't mean to be rude, but you are looking for a notary who covers "Southern TN". Do you realize that could mean anywhere from Memphis to Chattanooga and maybe over to Knoxville and anywhere and everywhere in between. This is just too broad an area to specify ONLY notaries that cover this area contact you. I think you need to be a tad more specific. I'm in IL and for some odd reason a company will call and ask me to do a signing and it is in Chicagoland and I am 5 hours south of there. When they hear IL, they automatically think Chicago.

As a general rule TN is broken into 3 areas-East, Middle and West.

It is also my understanding that e-signings are not allowable in TN-this from the SOS.
