Any suggestions on web hosting sites?
I'm looking for a user friendly, not too expensive site to try for my new website. I did try go daddy dot com, but I'm not sure of any others to try that people have actually used. TIA!

My website is through Go Daddy. It was very simple with the Website Tonight feature and the customer service is great. It's almost like "website for Dummies".....even *I* couldn't mess it up!

I'm using Intuit Websites @ 6.99/mo. I was with Yahoo Small Business which was twice that price. I know there are many free sites & I think PAW & a few others have discussed that before.

I used to design websites for small businesses and still have a few websites going. Last year I moved everything over to Go Daddy and could not be happier with them. Easy uploads, templates available if you need them and the customer service is the best I have ever worked with over the years.

Do you know if the economy package is searchable?

I appreciate the suggestions. I use the microsoft officelive version for our notary business but for my other business I'd like it to "appear" more professional. Thanks again!

I use Micorsoft Office Live. To have your own domain is $14.95 per year.
Or they have a free version that would be their name with yours added on.

I've been looking into that, too. Another option with Office Live is to get your domain somewhere else (I saw one site with domains for $2.95 I think - don't know if there are other issues to consider) and then just link it to the Office Live website. They say they will provide easy instructions.
