Yes. Although I thought IREP went away when HSBC (HFC and Beneficial) closed their offices in the US.

I didn't know that. I did a cash purchase this morning for IREP but when they called I thought they said NREIS. It is with their "SLS Settlement Team". IREP usually sends a report that has to be faxed to them for payment and it wasn't in my confirmation. Wonder who will send me my check? IREP I hope. I will be checking on that.
