Closing at Chase branch
Have a closing at a local Chase bank branch office tomorrow. LOL With all the talk of bank personnel issues lately (can't remember which bank) thought I would ask if anyone has had any issues while closing at any Chase locations.
Just wanted to know if I should bring boxing gloves or not. LOL

I close at Chase quite often and have not had any problems. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I did one last week at Chase here, nothing unusual.

Signings at the bank branches call for "white glove" service, not boxing gloves. LOL

They are very happy for a seamless, non eventful closing. UWing is fraught with issues in HARP loans. Wear a big smile and be on your toes. They love great technicians who bring the transaction to successful close and funding.

Employees are clueless as to the nature of the appt.
At least with the Chase branches in my area. They all seem to be under 25 and don't know what a closing is. However, they think I'm really really important and cannot offer me enough coffee, water and scramble to print photcopy of driver's licenses.
