Collections

Hello all.

Has anyone used a collection company to get money owed?
The NNA is featuring a company that us Notaries can use for a discount.
Just wondering if anyone has had a good or bad expreience using a collection company.

I have not had any luck with the collection agency I used. (Not the NNA's company)

I had tried one through the #s site. It was a CA collection agency. I never heard a word & figured they weren't going to go to a lot of effort for a small amount of money.
I've heard notaries on this forum say that a good demand letter usually gets them paid.
