Still have not been paid for 6/30 signing. Keeps giving me the run around telling me I need to invoice them and send w-9. Did that and then when I dont get paid, reach out to the again and the same response, "we did not get invoice and W-9". Ugh. So here is the email I got from the scheduler who forwarded a message from the accounts payable person.
Message from scheduler:
I know you have send me something in the past but I forget which file it is on…please see accountings reply below. I have the closing conformation you sent me but do not see the W9. In a prior email you said you would fax it…have you sent that?
Message from accounting:
I have nothing for her. I forget who I was talking to on Wednesday, but some of these closers think that the “closing confirmation” is their invoice. It is not the invoice and Molly does not give me the closing confirmations. I’m not saying that this is the case with Ms. Kitchen’s invoice, but it could be.
