E-Signings
Can anyone tell me what should be the going rate for an e-signing. I haven't had the opportunity to do one yet, but I am getting emails and calls if I can. I do have the necessary equipment and need to be able to quote a reasonable fee. Any information will be greatful.

I have completed several E-Signings and have found they all involve more work that I care to do for anything less than $150.00. If we stick together with a minimum fee this could help all get a fair fee.

I agree with you Richard. They are a lot of headache. I charge the same.

Re: Yes, ServiceLink just sent out that solicitation.
I've done several for ProLink . . . .they pay $95 (same as regular closing). They go pretty fast, but I always have to do them on the borrower's PC, because I don't have a laptop yet. If you provide your own laptop, that should be worth more.

In terms of the amount of work involved,
I think it depends on the application used. Amtrust versus Fiserv(Flagstar). Amtrust, in MHO, is more user friend and streamline than Fiserv.

Re: In terms of the amount of work involved,
Just completed one for SL this morning. They agreed to my $150. fee without a problem. If we all hold the line perhaps they will continue...
