Has anyone worked for these companies? Their work does not sound kosher to me. Docs are returned to Tampa, FL.

Is this a Loan Mod 'service' with upfront fees? That you are to collect or get credit card info or postdated checks for? If so, run the other way, imho. Must add that I know nothing about them except what you have stated.

I got a call from them and what I was told was they have a nationwide directory of state specific attorneys and our job is to get a poa signed so the attorney can talk to creditors. It is debt assistance and not loan modifications. The web site address I was given is not the same as the one posted by Linda and does not have the disclaimer she quotes.
