Flex Closings

Worked with them before and they were OK. This time they low-balled me. (I finally got my fee after a rude email from them). Docs arrive 30 minutes after the appt time and then they are 198 pages - plus they want fax-backs. I cancelled.

They only pay 80.00 dollars per loan with faxbacks. Are you kidding me?

I don't blame you for cancelling. I liked it better when the docs were fed exed. At least you got the docs in a reasonable amount of time. These companies are turning the signing agents into their personal secretaries.
