Always have been a good experience. Bit low on fees. Else is good.

my experience with them

Be aware that if the lender or MDocs screws up, MDocs will expect you, the notary, to take a lower fee to compensate. I think that is bologna. Why should the notary take the hit for the notary's OWN mistakes...plus the mistakes beyond her control? In MDoc's world, that's how they want it. It's because they are so cheap.

After being a reliable agent for them for several years, they dumped me because I insisted on full fee for a job that they talked me into taking (it was WAY out of the driving range that I would take for their low, low fees) and then after printing docs and driving clear to the town where the signing was, I find out the lender rescheduled to the follow Monday and no one bothered to call me. Then, MDocs only wanted to pay me $50 for my time...an hour & half of driving and a half hour waiting on location trying to figure out where the borrowers were. I said no...I insisted on full fee. They took me out of their data base and that is perfectly fine with me. They've been calling again this past year and I told them to stop calling. If they can't have any loyalty to me after all the good work I did for them, I do not need them in my life.

Wanting loyalty from a signing service...isn't that a laugh??
