I am able to log onto the website, but cannot figure how to view or print documents. Please help!

Paaz, I would really like to know the answer to this problem also. I can NEVER an I mean NEVER download off of TRG's site. All I get is a blank page saying Done at the bottom. I have had to ask them to email them to me every time. Did you find an answer??? Really would appreciate knowing because TRG hasn't been able to give me a remedy either. Thanks so much.
And PS---this company is really good to work for.

Even after I figured out to click on the Documents link, it never would open up to documents. Good thing they emailed them to me, also.
I could find no info on TRG. It's the first time they've called me. Anyone know anything? Singing went fine.

I've done about 60+ this year....Title Resource Group out of NJ. Pays in seven (7) days. No lowball. I did 3 loans for one borrower last night, I was there from 7:30 pm until 11 PM.

Docs always in order, names filled out were they're suppose to be. They are affiliated with CCS (Convenient Closing Services in Mission Veijo, ca). ALL of the reps are kool and aways available if needed. They give you their work #s as well as private cell numbers if you need to contact them. All borrowers are Hign six figure loans. That's all I can think of.

I beg to differ re: TRG

They are not available after 5pm. Promised docs are not ready when they say they will be. Too many people in the chain, so that no everyone is on the same page. HUGE packages with lots of stupid reminders in big bold font. Quirky website for docs, that sometimes locks up, requiring a total reboot of the computer. Mistakes on the docs. Nothing filled in on the title CYA affidavits. Statements of information that have already been sent to them completed, included in the pacakge again... I could go on and on...
I have told myself, after the last one I did, at my minimum fee of $125, that I will not take any more from them at that price. They used to pay alot more. I would rather work for others that stress out with their sloppy work.

O K I made all this up...TRG Sucks, do not work for them....

specially in the San Fran Bay area.

Beth send ALL your work to me,..Marissa Please marry me, Chris, Farrell, Joanna sorry I didn't send presents when you helped me after 7 PM AND FINALLY thanks for sending the packages directly to the borrowers so I don't have to print them out or ship them after I complete the signing!

James I am sure your experience has been good, I am sad to say my experiences with them this past year have been a PIA. I do not even recognize the names you mentioned. Must be a different office or lender team or something.
They used to be one of my favorites, but things changed this past year

TO Sheila ...sorry for your negative experience, I am...

aware of the fact they have different "pods" working specific areas of the country (as most large businesses do) so that's why I mentioned a few names. Maybe that "pod" that's working your area needs to get their act together, I promise you the ones I work with will know whoever is responsible for your area is NOT doing a great job.
