Yea but what if they appeared two weeks ago? Aren't we talking about an update to in incorrect one?

Every time you are stamping your seal and signature in a CA Ack. you are saying that the that person personally appeared in front of you to sign, so in this OP that will be backdating since it's not true that he/she appeared personally on the 28th. Of course it did appeared in the 28th when she signed and the notary messed up the notary certificate.
