I have done one signing with this company. Documents were very, very late getting to me. I had to ask for payment several times. Once I did receive payment, the check was returned to me. I called and was told a money order was put in the mail to me. After one week, no money order and they gave me a tracking number (non-existent). They have lied to me on several occasions. I will not work for this company again.

I did my 1st one for her last Fri pm. She more than likely will not call me again. I had appointment right behind her's, so I didn't call in the completion until an hour and a half later. She chewed me out for not calling before I left the signing.
Also I just "love" her confirmation: "Attn: This is an errror free closinf--Absolutely No errors (no excetions)."
I'm good, but I not the all mighty.
"($25.00) for all flies rejected due to notary errow....... Any file preventing on time loan funding will be deducted (50%) of signing agen fee amount. Adverse occurance action implemented for performance deficiency."
Does this meen I had a "performance deficiency" by not calling her before I left the signing?
