Law Offices of Margaret Dillenburg, P.C.
Just wanted to put some history up on the board regarding this law firm, for future reference.
In August I facilitated some HAP third party docs for this law firm. Was supposed to be a quick 10-minute job plus faxing back the HAP docs, but of course things did not go as planned and it required considerably more time and effort on my part.
It's now approximately 45 days from date of service and they have ignored my invoices and emails. Will attempt to contact them again next week, but with attorney's offices I will submit a complaint to the state bar if necessary, as a last resort. Courtesy copy to be sent ahead of time to the attorney, with a deadline. That usually produces payment.

The Bar Association is Absolutely your best bet. They are required to distribute complaints to local attorneys who in turn are required to follow up with such complaints. Its been toooo long waiting for payment - go for it now before it gets any "colder".

Most attorneys fear the A.R.D.C....that's the key here.
Send a complaint letter, and use the initials above....you'll get paid in no time.
Also, definitely use a collection agency to get her attention as well. Both will get you your money, fast!
I'm sure you know what the ARDC is but not everyone here does, so here's a link....would be interesting to see if she has had other complaints against her...

Hank, I don't know if you dealt with Rosemary but she was my contact and she was completely accessible via email and phone when I did the job for her. Funny how they don't respond once the job is done and you are looking for payment...

Re: Law Offices of Margaret Dillenburg, P.C. - UPDATE
I received payment from the Dillenburg Law Offices. My contact at their law offices did not respond to me until I stated that I would be filing a complaint with the Bar Association. The payment arrived on my deadline date.
