MOBILE SIGNING SERVICE - ONTARIO

Any one else having a tough time getting paid by these people. Also having a hard time getting them to answer the phone, return emails or basically feel like they are just getting the run around?
I talked to a Joy Lamb about the job that I did in July..she told me that she would talk to a Melissa of accounting. Funny thing is I haven't heard back and it has been over 10 days and I have sent several emails and left several phone calls. The other odd thing is that her phone number doesn't even say that this is Mobile Signing Service makes you wonder if they are a reputable company.
I wonder if you still have to be in good standing to be a Notary Public in California and if so would the Secretary of State like to know that this is one horrible company.

Post ur complaint on Signing Central...I deny assignments on a daily basis based on Signing Central. Let ur fellow NSA know about flake signing companies.

It is not a requirement for an owner of an SS to be a notary, therefore, I doubt the SOS would even care. Get in touch with the title company or lender the SS has contracted with, and more than likely has already been paid by, for the job that you completed for them.

I've been working with them for several years and they always send out the check on the 30th day. Melissa works part time and maybe since Michael left they are having some problems. Always call the Escrow Officer and complain, it helps...

The original owner left to sell prepaid legal, she saw the writting on the wall. Micheal said they were getting slow but I thought it would pass. Needless to say I have an unpaid invoice from June and I don't believe I will ever see the money. It was a good SS for more than 3 years for me. I feel bad for Joy left holding the bag.

I can't believe Michael is gone. I had been doing signings for them for over 2 years and always got paid on time. I haven't done a signing for them since April 2010. Now I know why I haven't gotten a call. Michael and Holly always called me.
