51 days to get paid
She pays low, told me it was just a simple refi, got docs and it was a CEMA, called, no answer. Didn't want to leave the borrower hanging so I closed it. After 7 weeks, no check and no response to email, I called and she said it was sent out that she didn't remember getting my email. I did get my check the next day, so she was honest, but the check was sent out the day I emailed asking for it.

I' conducted a signing on 5-08-2012 and still have not been paid. I called her office , however, I reached a machine. I Left her a message to return my call, I"ll let you know how it goes. I'll try to reach her again tomorrow.
