Does anyone have any background/info. on this signing agency out of Portland, OR? (This is a different company from N3Nationwide Notary.) I don't see any comments, etc. on NR's list.

Bad news! They still owe me for 5 signings in 2007. At one time they offered 0.35 on the $ with several papers to sign saying I wouldn't seek further payment. I was insulted and didn't sign. The story in short is in 2007 N3 was getting work from a title company that afterward went under and nobody got paid. N3 promised to make monthly payments to the notaries involved whenever N3 made a profit. I received one $25. check and never heard from them again until they called me for a job a couple years later. That's when I pursued payment and they tried to strike a deal.
