Maybe they actually HAVE a payment schedule now
I was owed for two signings, one in March, one in June, received both payments in August, one week apart.

I just phoned them yesterday w/an invoice that is 6+ weeks old. My 'settlement contact' issued a sub-contractor payment request & sent it off the the Sales/Marketing Dept, & sent me a copy. This is a new one on me --- I suppose this means payment is imminent ?

Sounds more like they found more ways to divert the invoice prior to payment...

sounds like more of the same-glad I am not working for them any more! to many good on time paying companies to put up with this stuff-

I am current with them. I always call 800-753-3339 and speak to Geri Csonka: x1101. She is in accounting and I always get the check within 2 days of speaking to her. I hope this helps.
