Nations Signature Closers

Found out that NSC is getting paid (in most cases) $175.00 by Title and paying most notaries $90.....Are you kidding me!!! That makes me crazy!!!!!!!

From what I've heard, they have a guy here who picks up docs at their office, does the signing (regardless of distance) and drops the signed docs back off at the title company. For $85. Yes, $85.

Needless to say, he's their top closer.

Nations told me a couple of years ago that since I wouldn't work for $65, they couldn't call me...but if I wanted to lower my fees.....

I said Sayonara, Nations. No can do.

Business 101

Business 101- You set your price based on making a profit when you are in business for yourself, customers, contractors, etc. will either accept or not. Adjust as necessary to stay in business and earn a profit.

Signing services market to the title companies, that costs money, time and effort. Are they not entitled to make money too. If you don't like being the middleman then go out and market to the title companies yourself.
