Sorry, have no experience with them. What did they approach you for? Looks like they may specialize in loan mods.

Looks to me like your right, Yoli. Reading between the lines on their website looks like they will hunt down and stalk your borrowers who aren't paying.

Worked for them, once. Did a door knock (I did mortgage field inspections last year), two visits, $25. Promised more work, didn't arrive. They did pay, on time.
