Notary on the Run --- any recent info? ...

I received an email solicitation from Notary on the Run (www.notaryontherun.com ) today & am wondering if any one has any recent info on them? This company is located in Los Angeles & appears to be different from the Anaheim Hills, Ca company that went into bankruptcy a year or two ago.

Only two comments, with mixed reviews, in SC & I cannot find anything using Search. They have a pretty fancy website & the email solicitation has them 'currently waiving all membership fees'. !? Membership fees? ( I think I just answered my own question. The answer being 'Run Forest run!?? )

Hey Ed, the only Notary on the Run I am finding, the website you stated, is in Ventura and it doesn't appear to be an SS. It seems to be an individual notary. Is the website address correct?

The website I found - first link on google - is a company out of L.A.....in the "About Us" section:

"A family owned and operated business that, since its conception in 1999, has been driven to exceed the service expectations of our clients and customers. It is with this drive that Notary On The Run, Inc. has built its reputation as a pioneer in balancing the needs of the customer while maintaining our goal to fulfill our clients specific, individual requests. We opened our doors in 1999 and as of today, we have never turned down a request for notary service. If we can't find a way, we'll make one. What can we do to better serve you?"

Since 1999 - possible same company but moved?

Oops, wrong web address --

... should be www.notaryontherun.net . They are on Twitter & Facebook, too. But I would still like to know if anyone has worked for, & been paid by, this company. Twitter & Facebook are nice, but does it mean they will really pay you for your work? (or give you the energy one would need to fill out the 13 page enrollment package they have?)
