I have done several signings for them. They pay fairly and quickly, wish they had more in my area!

I did one for them in 2009. I remember that it was very close by, only a few seller docs, but once I got to the appointment they called and told me they had neglected to forward me one of the lender emails with a few additional docs. I went back home, printed them, and returned to have the seller sign. I was mildly annoyed but didn't ask for any additional money. When I received my payment, Phoenician had added another $15 for my trouble. I was very appreciative and that showed me what kind of company they are. My records show that payment was received in 10 days. Good experience.

They are a good company and pay well. I wish they had more in my neck of the woods.
