They are usually always late with docs..As was the case with me last week. I got the heat from the LO when I told him I did not receive docs for a 4:00 and it was after 5. Docs arrived within mins. after that call. But I had to rush to print and roll so as to not back me up for the rest of the evening! Frustrating! They do read this board.
