Printing Issues with EN's Documents~Please Respond

To anyone who is having printing issues with their documents, please respond to me via private message. Specifically the documents that come in as different page sizes and will not print with the rest of the package.

I have been on the phone with one of their agents and she would like to know who else is having problems so she can contact their IT people and get this fixed if its coming from their end.
