Proficiency Signings

F Y I I did a signing for this company on February 2010.
I sent emails, made calls requesting payments, over the phone they confirmed the job number the amount, the address, promised to pay but no check on my box.
So, I sent them to collection, they got the first letter and called me right away
Kristine is not any longer at the company, Natalie is in charge of Payable's.
Natalie told me Proficiency Signings is not going to do business with me because I sent them to collection.!!!! when they never called me again, just one time, so.
Natalie promised to send payment, that is another promise to pay, i will be waiting for it.

Just today I sent them a demand letter after 60 days. I also called LSI Title, who were none too pleased with them and told me to CC a copy of the letter to their Vendor Management team. They had the nerve to call me last night for a signing. They also do work for some First American Title offices.

LSI got badly burned a few years back when they used LIA signing service. They got A LOT of complaints from notaries about non-payment.

Let's hope they won't be using this one again. I do a lot of signings for LSI, that's why I called them. They know I am not just a disgruntled notary.
