Proficient Signings-FL

Just tried to make a collection call for a March 16, 2010 signing. Number is disconnected.

That's Vicki Ruiz, who has a reputation for non-payment. I'd contact the tc.

James, help me out on this one...

In a recent conversation with an attorney, I was told that Title is responsible to pay the sub-contract labor if not paid by the signing service. Can you explain this a little better, James.

Re: James, help me out on this one...

The main problem here is...when you contact the TC you most likely will be telling them....."do not hire me anymore". That being said in my opinion all TC respond differently so I can only address the one's I've been involved with.

I'll email ya.

No pay = -$.00; don't hire = $.00 I make money by no hire

We incurr, or advance money, for a no-pay signing. We're in the negative - $.00. If they don't hire us, at least we didn't lose money.
