John it's a refund for a class action suit that was settled, there is more info that I'm sure our distinguished fellow posters in the know will step up and detail what's up, I just wish I'd gotten the check like some others got so I could take it to Bev More.

I never received anything from them regarding a class action. Where can I get more information about this even thought I believe its too late to opt in?
