Service Link - e-signings
Called asking if I'd like to be added to data base for e-signings. Inquiring further: they pay $40 per e-signing plus $20 for the paper docs. Gee whilikers (sp?)!!! A whole $65 for e-signings!!! Sorry. Uh uh. No can do. Nope.
Do they actually get anyone to do 'em for that rate???

Hmmmmmmm, boy that's a tough one! Let's see.....have a laptop (where does that come from?), then have a USP signature device, and a wireless card ......and of course a wireless account that goes with it......then you drive there, spend time there, drive back to your office, fax documents on a fax machine..........then drop documents at UPS........I figure that by the end of one year doing e-sign documents, you will be totally (or close to) bankrupt. I think I will stick with a paper download, sign, drop docs and make $125. Call me crazy..........

Don't think like that. There are very few of us that have aircard/laptop and are approved Amtrust Closers. I gave Service Link my closing fee XXX.XX. Believe it or not I get work from them when they are in a pinch and I don't reduce my fees.

Oh, I do have aircard and laptop and am approved by Amtrust (and Flagstar). However, my work for them has always come from specific tc's or ss's. Have never dealt with Service Link before ... and as caller didn't even get my fee quote nor attempt to negotiate, I doubt to hear from them again.
