This company comes up as the first free listing.

The owner of the company moved to North Carolina at some point in the last year but kept her Florida cell phone #. IMO, this free listing should be removed from the notary database and a company listing should be established.

Send her a counter offer. I did once and I got the assignment and was paid in 30 days.
