Title Source

Has anyone had any signings from Title Source, Inc. I believe they're in Michigan?

Yes, through JMT Document Services, for Quiken Loans. I like working for/with them.

I take these at a discounted price due to the volume of work that I get. I do not work w/the co. mentioned but a local law firm that farms out the closings to local attys. No printing, no faxing, no hand holding, no hassel & in/out in about 15-20min tops!! My FAVORITE co to work with BY FAR, even if it is for a huge discount.

I agree

The easiest closings. In and out in 20 minutes. I can schedule them 30 minutes apart with no problem. No docs to print, docs are waiting at the closing location. Borrower gets docs ahead of time, they've usually reviewed everything before the closing. Small packages, only 2 or 3 docs to notarize, dates pre-printed on all docs. No hand-holding, schedulers are all wonderful, no invoicing, paid in 2 or 3 weeks. Love them.
