I'm noticing a pattern with these debt relief jobs... so many reports of no-pay. Just one more reason not to accept these appointments in the future.
Thanks for posting, Yvonne.

Do not know this company, and refuse to do this type of
assignment, but from what I understand, most of people in this type of business have the moral integrity of snakes. If they have no problem screwing desperate home owners, why do you think that they would have any problem screwing the notary also?

Bob you are absolutely right,
and I'm not surprised one bit that these companies are screwing notaries out of payment.
I turned down a similar job request last week from XP Notary. The job just didn't pass the smell test with me. I want no part of these appointments, and not just because of the no-pay issue.

You posted in msg. 342559 back in June. It's too bad when
anyone gets involved with companies like this. Have you sent strong collection letters & thought about obtaining a collection service?

Re: Can we help her track down this company?
Thank you to you all for taking your precious time to reply to my comment. This is just a warning from me to all of you -- not to take any assignments from this company -- that's all. I would really appreciate if you could help me out in any way that you can. Thank you.

Yvonne, there is a US Credit Solutions LLC listed
on sunbiz.org - the names you mentioned aren't listed and the address is different - not sure if that's the same company or not. The one that is listed just submitted a change of address for it's agent on 8/27/10...here you go - search here

Good Luck.
