Wow. Just got docs for tomorrow.....

Good fee, 92 pages, very few of those title docs that give me a hand cramp, all letter sized, no fax backs. Wishing they could all be this easy.

It's fantastic when that happens. I'm on the flip side of

that & am waiting for docs for a 10 am tomorrow morning that has been scheduled several times. The borrowers get really nervous when the signing keeps getting delayed, assuming that there's something wrong with their loan.

I've got 2 of 3 scheduled. Waiting on my 9 am out of town closing, I was told it won't go early...hope BO is available later...

Sorry to be a party pooper, but someone here posted they had "no" signings this month. My take on early docs is that they don't have enough work and have the time to get them out early. Late docs means more business is in the hopper. The nature of this business from many years of experience.

I don't think you're sorry at all.

My take is, and it's been confirmed by a few escrow officers, they finally have added the personnel to handle the loan volume. The general consensus is rates will stay low at LEAST through this year. Late docs means late docs, missing info, an error, a hiccup, oops someone dropped em on the floor before they got a chance to scan. Not an omen....

If someone has "no" signings this month, that isn't a "sign", maybe they need to market themselves more.

Geez.... Can we not revel in the moment?! Have a positive dialogue?!

Life's too short to be a party pooper, relax!

IMO

Don't be a buzz kill

Can't agree on your 'early docs' theory - in my book of

business, "early docs" is not the exception - it's the norm.

For me, "early docs" arrive with the confirmation, when the appointment is a week away.

Your experience notwithstanding, it's not everyone's, certainly not mine, over my 8 years in NSAland out West.

don't you just love it when that happens...you have to

savor the moment...'cause it doesn't happen all to often unfortunately.

I work for a chosen few SS and TC's that I love to work, because its smooth sailing each and every time I get an assignment. There's no price haggling, no large outrageous packages, usually fax backs are a bare minimum of 10, and pay w/in 2-3 weeks!

So wish there were more out there....Okay, now I'm sending out good karma vibes.......and they will come....and they will come.... Smile
