I have had this happen every once in a blue moon and

it always was a sender issue. The times it happened for me, title would go to a different computer to re-send the docs or re-scan the particular docs that came in looking like Arabic or whatever gibberish.

I encountered this problem with certain versions of Adobe Reader. I downloaded an older version. I think PAW gave the link in one of the past posts about it.

Adobe reader versions

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but it reminded me of something. I've been receiving a notice on my pc about a new version of Adobe Flash Driver (10.0 something I think). I've had so many headaches in the past with previous versions of Adobe Reader that I'm now more than a bit cautious about any updating.

Can anyone tell me if this update is a no-brainer or if are there any potential concerns or issues to be aware of?

Thanks!

Re: Adobe reader versions

I've never had any problems with updates to Flash. That's something completely separate.
I'm no tech geek. I'm sure PAW or some of the others could explain it more technically correct.

I had that problem too. It could be happening due to various versions of Adobe that are not compatible with your or the sender's system.

If you are downloading packages from a site, try saving the package to your hardrive and printing the package from the saved version. That has worked for me.

Hope that helps.

That has happened to me while using other programs besides internet explorer

Have had this issue myself, and it was the browser I was using. It appears so many of the companies have programs that only work by using Internet Explorer.
