Its unfortunate, but IMHO, this attitude stems from those SS and TC's that hire ANY notary at rock bottom fees aka the low ballers that primarily work for 'beer money' as opposed to a living.
Want to change the attitudes? Its going to have to take those same SS and TC's to pay for quality NSA's. But because they are skimping on our fees, what ends up happening? Well, those same SS and TC's, who continue to refuse to pay NSA's normal fees, go on down their list and end up with those "people" you speak about.
