Accurate Closing Services
Blog: Al Tover, (the owner of Accurate Closing), is beyond professional! I have worked with Al for close to a year now, (he found me on Notary Rotary!); and he goes above and beyond for every signing. When I get a signing from Al, he has already called the signers and gone over the documents with them, so there are no surprises when I arrive. As a notary, I really appreciate him taking that extra step. It is a rare occasion that the signers have an issue with the signing, but the times there is an odd notary issue, he is always available by phone for a quick question. No other signing service that I have worked with pays as quickly as AL does either; he pays when he gets paid, or 30 days, whichever comes first! (It's usually about 2 weeks- he even paid me when escrow messed up and the loan never closed!) It is a pleasure to work with AL on his signings! Feel free to call me if you have any questions about Al and his service! Connie Chadwick

I agree. I've had the pleasure of working with him only once, but it was refreshing to have a simple experience & be paid quickly.

Is this Accurate Closing Services in Walnut, CA listed here in Not.Rot that you are referring to? If so, someone ought to enter them.

Bad news, Connie.
Tovar has sold his time share in Bermuda, and NSAs who post laudatory reviews on NotRot no longer get a week in the sun & surf. He's also unloaded his interest in the bakeshop, so you can't even expect a fruitcake this Christmas, either.
The good news is that Speedy Closings is still giving out tickets to a three-hour Billy Ray Cyrus concert for similar postings. I'm told that for a sufficiently adulatory posting, the folks at Speedy will even arrange for Billy Ray to linedance with you through the concert rendition of "Achy Breaky Heart."
On second thought, that seems to be two items of bad news, and there isn't any good news.

LOL, Hugh. IMO the 2 people can't even be compared. I was
really looking forward to that perk trip to Bermuda. LOL

Just received a call from Al for signing later this afternoon. Very nice on the phone. He provided everything needed in his email docs, other paperwork and directions for overnite drop off. Hopefully additional signings with him in the future. Val's Mobile Service Highland, California
