And the Orange Button Wins again!

Doing a split signing and had a brain cramp and used the friendly orange search button to see if I could find my answer before I posted a (somewhat) stupid question. PAW came through again and I got my answer. Thanks to NotRot and to all the wisdom and experience you are all willing to share. Hats off to you all!

and the saga continues. Completed NM leg of this split and at the very end of the pkg there is the tedious borrower information form. This is when borrower adv me that she is married. Hmm...she is co-borrower with her dad in MI. There are spousal docs for MI for him, but nothing here. Interested to see where this leads.

I make it a point to ask if the borrower is married when I make the initial confirmation call and there isn't a spouse listed on the confirmation e-mail. Save my butt a couple of times when it came to getting non-borrowing spouse signatures.
