CRESAP Certification

I received a job from a company that I haven't worked for before and of course they send you an application package requesting information: Notary Commission, E&O, Title Producer License, Attorney Bar Card, CRESPA Certification, Background Check and Bond. My question is what is a CRESPA Certification?

CRESPA is the designation in Virginia for basically a title producers license. It has to be obtained through the VA Bar. IMO it doesn't apply to you in TX. I'd just send them my TX credentials.
