Cal B o A Short Sale

Remember I'm a Texas Notary and we are signing in Texas.
Received a call late last nigh to do a B o A Short Sale. The property is in Napa Ca.
I have printed and reviewed the dos. It seem to be straight forward as to where to sign. But, is thier any thing that you folks that have done think I should be aware of?
Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. I've done two recently, only just the opposite. Property in Texas, signing in California.

The principle was in Ca visiting but from Texas and providing Texas ID.

The other one the principles had relocated to Ca ( Ca ID) from Texas but the property was in Texas. Both TC were in Texas and I had to change the venue on some of the pre-formatted Docs from Texas to California, that's about all.

I'm doing a lot of short sales these days. I always keep a receipt for every package I drop, particularly with all UPS snafus. These transactions are so much more time sensitive, you'll want to know you have the documentation in case they don't get it. Most of the REOs and short sales are up against a due diligence clock.
