Cogent Closing Associates
Doing some research.......can anyone tell me if these 2 companies are related in some way: Cogent Closing Associates Baxter CU
I have read thru several postings and see that Cogent was using Coversign and also Dynamic Field Solutions. They appear to be a title company tied to a lender?? And who would that be?
TIA

Why really care - Cogent doesn't pay...
and neither does DFS....
I, personally, wouldn't go near any deal where these 2 were involved -

Don't forget to sort SC by stars and only work for those at the top of the heap. The first 2+ pages of companies when you print out. The others are tried and true for no and/or lo pay.

Only know the CoverSign connection. When I called as M. Coleman fled KY without paying, Cognent promised to make good on CoverSign payments at month's end. When the checks didn't arrive Cogent said it wasn't their problem - they paid (Nathaniel) Maurice Coleman CoverSign. Didn't release contact info. Found him in Georgia but TN DA didn't pursue.
3 closings in all -- three different banks and banks weren't interested in helping either.
