Dynamic Field Solutions
Notaries of Alabama that have been scamed by this company please contact me. I have talked with the Alabama A.G.'s office and they are asking for any information about how these crooks scamed us. I am also going to contact the Alabama Real Estate commission about revoking the license of companies using Dynamic. They must be in on the scam or they would not be using them. ie Cogent, and many others. Per Alabama State law all companies involved in the fraud maybe held liable. This could mean from the lender on down to Dynamic.

SST...are you in GA?
Curious why you're dealing with the AG in AL if you're in GA and the company is in CA...

Go to signing central
and contact the posters that state they haven't been paid for starters.
I agree with you that Cogent and Ameritrust and the other companies who continue to use them have some liability because they have been notified of their reputation.
Keep in mind.....a relative of the owner/ceo of Ameritrust owns Cogent. It wouldn't surprise me if another relative owns Dynamic. Nepotism at it's finest.

All we can do is try. Its not going to hurt Dynamic, but it will hurt the other comapnies that hired them. Cogent and others will suffer, not Dynamic, there rep is already gone. I hope they want be able to get a anybody to work for them. I also hope no company in there right mind will hire them again.

Notaries United collect 99% of their outstanding invoices and have gone after, and in about 24 hours of making contact with the signing company. I f you would like them to help you, contact them at [e-mail address] They do not charge for service. They are very busy and should get back with you within 10 hours.
Hope this helps.

Its more than just collecting the past due invoices. With everyone having problems with these people its more about closing them down. We can no longer afford dealing with companies that are out to steal from us. When companies do not pay for services render it is stealing.

Glad you are following up with this; Dynamic has short-changed many if not most of their Notaries and also take forever to pay...if they ever do pay! I am in Ohio and following similar steps with the State A.G. Dynamic should not be in the real estate/signing agency business. jer
